SUPER FOODS!!!!
Super foods are pretty awesome.  But what are they really? Let’s do some online research to find out some of the amazing benefits of SUPER FOODS!
What is a super food? Be specific! A super food is really beneficial for your health according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary a super food can give your diet a healthy boost. A super food is a food that can give you more energy to do things. You won’t be as tired during the day if you eat them.
