cross contamination and how to stop it
first what is cross contamination, cross contamination is where you might cut raw/cooked meat on a cutting bored and after cutting the meat you will cut fruit/veges on the same bored. Now how to stop it make sure you have at lest two different copping bored in cooking class we raw meat bored baked stuff like bread and a fish bored when you cut meat and veges on the same bored the juice of the meat goes on the veges and if someone eats it they can get food poisoning from it.
Make sure that your food is packaged by themselves because thing go off before others. Keep your oven fridge and pans clean when you are using them. The bacteria comes from nails hand clothes and pockets being sick open cuts. To stop this you need to wash your hands don´t go near food that others are going eat if you are sick don´t put your hands in your pockets don´t smoke around food. Don´t touch your hair when working with food.
Look for best before dates on your food before buying or eating to stay safe. The food may look safe but can still be unsafe at the same time. smell it to to be safe DON´T EAT MOULDY FOOD. Wash veges before you eat them.
