In drama we have been told to make a blog post about five things you can do in nature to make you feel better.
1.go to a park and lay in the grass.
2.go have a run out side.
3.plant stuff like flowers and other stuff that you like.
4.go in and have in a pool.
5Go horse riding out side
6.take your pets on walks if they they are sapposed to.u
